Our History
Salt Creek Technologies, LLC was founded by Roger Borlinghaus, PMP, ITIL. Roger started his career in computers and electronics in 1970 when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy’s Advanced Electronics Program. He served over eight years including two tours to Vietnam on the USS Constellation supporting airborne radar and communication systems and finished his enlistment at Naval Air Station Miramar – Top Gun.
While serving on active duty, Roger earned a degree in Electronic Technology and a First-Class FCC License. Upon leaving military service in 1979, he entered the private sector and went to work for a Fortune 500 Company that manufactured, sold, and supported Mainframe data storage equipment. With the onset of distributed processing (PC’s), Roger embraced the new technologies and began learning and growing along with the industry. Roger is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP). He is certified by the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation.
